Know Better and Do Better this Summer

By. Craig Perrier

I must say that it was a beautiful in my neck of the woods this weekend.  Most striking were the vibrant shades of green that bloom in fields and on trees. With this spring inspired enthusiasm, I began looking ahead at what I have planned for the upcoming summer months.   Specifically,  I was curious to know how much structured and open time had already planned for weeks in June, July, and August.

Admittedly, I am comfortable being in that middle space between planning and spontaneity.  But, when I am in planning mode I am very invested in how I can augment what was already on my calendar and what can be added to my open time that can make the summer better, if not the best one ever.

For many of us the summer is the best season to try new experiences and nurture those we enjoy.

To that end, I suggest turning to the Educator Marketplace  to make plans, and dreams, a reality. The four categories below are just a start to your planning.

  • Hobbies:  What skills do you want to develop or explore?  Whether it is playing an instrument (Music Notes), finding your inner gardener (Click and Grow), or becoming a better artist (Mister Art), becoming better this summer is fun and affordable.

My thinking about making the summer of 2022 the best one possible, reminds me of the beautiful wisdom of Maya Angelou, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” Make the Educator Marketplace  your summer partner this year.  Enjoy!
